Aerosol Adhesives

Häfele Adhesives are ideal for High Pressure Laminate (HPL) bonded to particleboard and a vaiety of other substrates, such as veneers, fabrics, upholstery, foam, headliners, glass, mirrors, cork, tile, fiberglass, wood and plastics.

Application instructions:

• Connect hose to gun and canister For two sided spray applications, spraying one side pattern perpendicular to the other when laying the pieces together. Let adhesive fully release solvents, feeling with the back of your hand checking the solvents have been released; 2-5 minutes depending on working room temperature. Keep gun at 90 Degree angle when spraying, and 15-20 cm from substraight.
• Adjust spray pattern size, for best results 80% full. For narrow spray patterns gun should be closer to the substraight.
• Speed of hand movement to adjust spray glue thickness.
• For most applications only need 40gm per sqm **test product with sample first.
