The Furniture Industry is a highly competitive market segment and has multifaceted needs. The services provided to the Furniture Industry go well beyond the sale of products. In the focused cooperation between Häfele and Furniture Manufacturers, new innovative products are developed and standard products are improved to suit the manufacturing process of each customer.
Project Business
The project business is networked internationally. The contacts change from one project to the next: it can be a central purchasing department, or the builder, the developer, a consultant, the Architect or a Special Planner that will be our contact. Our ability to create and lead networks has made us a preferred supplier in the project business. We inspire our partners through our 360° project service and manufacturer independent procurement.
Reseller Business
The DIY market is growing steadily. End-consumers and small decoration companies are served directly by our more than 30 franchise shops around China. To make it even more convenient Häfele products can be also purchased via the Häfele Tmall and JD flagship stores.
Logistics in China
In order to continuously improve the efficiency and flexibility of customer delivery, Häfele China has continued to increase its investment in logistics. This year, it has comprehensively upgraded its software and hardware facilities for warehouse management, order allocation, and automated picking.
Häfele has 3 distribution centers and in excess of 10,000 square meters storage providing 13,000 stock items to China customers. From screws measuring just a few millimeters to six meters long guide tracks-Hafele distribution centers can accommodate it.
In-Stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being proceeded. Decades of experience guarantee that every delivery reaches its destination promptly, via our reliable transportation partners.
