KUBI 7120 & KUBI 7200 Heavy Duty 3D Adjustable Concealed Hinge

KUBI 7120 and KUBI 7200 hinge are new 3D adjustable concealed hinge series after HÄFELE released KUBICA 6700; the outstanding loading capacity and convenient installation of them let us have better choice for heavy internal doors.

Function and feature:

  • Loading capacity: max. capacity of KUBI 7120 is 120KG/ 140KG, max. capacity of KUBI 7200 is 200KG.  
  • Material of KUBI 7120 and KUBI 7200 is zinc alloy, and it can be with different surface finish: chrome matt, steel effect, stain nickel. We did great improvement in these two type of hinges, we will find they have smaller size and more compact structure design when be compared with other brand products. And we add different color cover for them, so it will look more beautiful.  
  • KUBI 7120 and KUBI 7200 can be continuously 3D adjustable, and adjustment range is bigger: vertical ±3mm, horizontal +3/-2mm, depth ±1mm.  
  • Max. opening angle is 180°.  
  • KUBI 7120 and KUBI 7200 are reversible; it can be used on right and left opening doors. The installation is more convenient and simple.  
  • KUBI 7120 suitable for door size: width 600–900mm, max. door height is 2100mm, min. door thickness is 40mm; KUBI 7200 suitable for door size: width 600–900mm, max. door height is 2400mm, min. door thickness is 40mm.
