Installation

For press fitting into 3.2 mm groove
with harpoon-type flange

Installation description

1 Mill groove on narrow surface.
2 Make mitre, taking 2.7 mm edge surface into consideration at the outer edges.
3 Cut corner profile to size and remove at least 1 cm of the harpoon-type flanges at the respective ends.
4 Press-fit corner profile into the grooves, joining the workpieces together

Additional information attributes

At least 1 cm of the harpoon-type flanges must be removed at both ends of a cut profile, otherwise it will not be possible to coat the narrow surface afterwards.
It is advisable to coat the narrow surfaces and the groove with adhesive before press fitting the profile.
