You can find your customer number on your order documents (order confirmation, delivery note or invoice). The postcode can be found in the billing address, the e-mail address corresponds to your company e-mail address.
If you use joint user access, you can either use the " Passwort Reset " form or create a new password via your main user account directly in the " User Management ".
